So I posted earlier about this icon that is stuck in the bottom right hand corner of my screen, and was directed here after finding that there is a new folder under my Users containing these two files. HRUPPROG.EXIT and HRUPPROG
I've attached a file showing the icon taken from my phone as it does not show up in any kind of screenshot or display capture. I've followed all the steps in the top post downloading and running all these programs and nothing has changed. I don't know whether this folder and the icon have anything to do with each other, this is just all I could surmise from my couple of hour trying to fix this. Any help in resolving this issue is appreciated
