Error Messages on my HP PC

Hello everyone,

I have a HP dc7800p Windows XP pro. and this is my problem....

When I reboot this desktop, two error messages occur and post this message:
Intel Management Engine Bios Extension v3.0.20004
ME Error
2210 Parameters Frame Error
Me BIOS extension module execution has halted. Update Bios or management engine firmware if problem persists.
2206 End of post HECI failure system halted. Power cycle the system to reboot.

So I went to HP.com and found a Driver to update the HECI, download it but I can't
installed it... I try to reboot this pc from the CD Drive, from a USB Drive and from the hard Drive and nothing happends, keeps bringing the same screen with the errors messages...

Any Ideas??

Thanks for your input....I'll try wyork's Suggestions and see if that help at all.

I'll comeback with you guys to see if that work....although my problem is not in a
laptop, but I'll give it a try!!

Ok I try to reset the ME by pulling out the cmos battery and nothing happend. 

Don't know what to do next!!!! 

Any other suggestions?

hello brothers,
I have managed to solve this problem! The issue is not with the firmware as it suggests but with the MEMORY!

1 - you do the memory test in BIOS and it shall show you the faulty dimm, if not,
2 - physically remove all RAM chips and try to boot with one at a time until the faulty one has been found.( if all are faulty use other chips )
3 - by now you should have the firmwares already so once you enter OS you may update the BIOS and ME easily! (I did not temper with the other 2 since I need not risk anything more! )
