    Sufficient software specific expertise.
    « on: October 16, 2017, 11:42:34 PM »
There are sufficient expertise to implementing a new software in business process such as ERP or SAP , the more complex the system, project implementation, and the larger the organization, the more likely direct system related project implementation experience will be required. The software selection process can be time-consuming and tedious for business owners and executives, and when it comes to implementations of projects. What type of strategies can I use to manage this cautions.

    Mark.

wow - now there is a mouthful of a question!!!

my gut response was going to be "How long is a piece of string?"
but upon reflection, I think a proper answer is "There are no shortcuts in project management"

    1. First order of business is to give the project a goal or purpose.
    2. Next, find people interested in the project.
    Everything else is everything else.
The first two things have to be in place.
Do not assume it is a software project.

I'm not sure what your game is, but you're posting all over the web. You post nonsense questions and then ignore any and all responses. I'm locking this thread and all of your future posts will need to be approved by a moderator before they appear on the forum.
