Here we go again.
A New Old Rumor, ZDNet  says a HP snapdragon Lapto is coming soon.
(In case you have been asleep, The snapdragon does x86 code on a ARM chip.)

I saw an article the other day that talked about some leaked performance results of running Win 10 on a snapdragon processor.  The numbers showed the snapdragon to be significantly slower than an Intel i3 cpu while running Windows.
