I type Indic languages using above characters in Roman script on regular keyboard which I like to convert into Diacritic Roman in my transliteration scheme. All Indic languages can be read and written in Roman script with standard phonetic scheme.

For example:

awl hyuman biingz aar born phrii aen.d iikval in .diganiti aen.d raai.ts. dhe aar in.daau.d with riijhan aen.d kaanshans aen.d shu.d aek.t .tuvor.dz van anadhar in a spiri.t awf bradharhuu.d ....Typed text

ŏl hyuman bīngz ār born phrī  ănḍ īkval in ḍiganaṭi  ănḍ rāiṭs. dhe ār inḍāuḍ vith  rījhan ănḍ kānshans ănd shuḍ ăkṭ

I am familiar with Tons of info.../transliteration tools as suggested but not designed for customized find/replace anywhere on the web. 

This is very good tool if you can add more lines for Input/Output that can be saved for future replacement.
