Low Fps and Freeze with a Good computer

I have testes all the drivers, its pretty similar.

Im running on windows 10 pro and i have all the the stuff like Game DVR disabled.
I dont have any adapter card and i dont know what you mean by software environment

And i dont see where is PCI-E bandwidth, ill leave here a print of CPU-Z
