ya...thats what i thought...but i looked...and there is no SYSTEM32 folder....theres "system" ..is that is???

Should be both... Although, i know someone who didn't have either files, which i found very weird...

      no, There is one... Otherwise your Sytem wouldn't work. As Those two folders consist of, Well... Things that make the PC work.

      well...the scanning is doing the same as it was 2 hours ago? still "transfering data.."  maybe i should cancel it...

      and where is the folder if its not there???

        Double click on 'My Computer'
        Double click on 'Local Disk (C:)'
        Double click on 'Windows'
        Scroll down and look for the 'System32' directory.

          If you don't see it then...

          In Windows Explorer select...
          Tools>Folder Options>View and UNTICK "Hide protected Operating System Files"

          Then look again. :)

            ok i did that, and tis still not there. but now theres a whole bunch of folders at the top and the writing is blue...is that normal? kay but it still isnt there...
