A while ago I had bought this video software from NCH software. All was working fine for a while until when I boot this up the whole application doesn't seem to respond to any kind of input from me. Also seems like the damned thing isn't even there. Every time it the application will sit in the corner of the screen. The only way I can close the software is force closing it via the task manager. I have already attempted to uninstall and reinstall the software, reset my computer and contacted NCH. It seems like a specific problem but hopefully, it can be solved.
