    recently i bought a GT 1030 gddr5 2gb and first game i installed was gta v.
    the problem is that im getting a very unsatisfactory fps like 25 27 in 1366X768 at normal settings.
    i later checked youtube and came to see everyone is getting at least 45 50 even 60 at high settings..
    my system is
    amd fx 4300... 4gbddr3...300w psu...
    i cant figure out whats wrong...

    You are running wit hthe absolute minimum amount of RAM that GTA V will start with. That would be my first suspect.
    I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

      Check Your game setting, The setting should be correct to run game smoothly, Also please tell how much RAM you have in your system?

      I'm sure you already looked this up but just for everyone's information: https://www.pcgamer.com/gta-5-system-requirements-announced/

      As mentioned above, you are running with the minimum amount of RAM.  If you are running anything more than lowest texture settings, you're system will start to page on your drive to compensate.  You might be able to run at 900p if you were on the lowest preset.

        Try to lowering your games setting or upgrading RAM as you are running on lows 4gb ram is minimum requirement for GTA5
