I recently downgraded from windows 10 to windows 7 because my laptop had become very slow. Now I have installed skype on my laptop. But whenever I try to log in to skype, the windows crashes and takes me to the bsod(image attached). Furthermore, I could also not uninstall it. So, I went to the safe mode and uninstalled it over there.

Next I tried video and audio calling in the facebook messenger but again, the windows crashed again.

I really need a video calling software on my laptop. Please help!!
