I got a new IBM Thinkpad R51 2887-w23 with on board video that can used 8-64M of shared memory. the laptop came from the factory set to use 8M of memory for the video. I went into the BIOS to change it to 64M, and was unable to find a way to change it. I then called IBM "tech" support, and was told that IBM intentionally sets up thier BIOS so that you can not change this setting. Does anyone know of another way that I can do this?
