Windows private characters line spacing

Hi!

I created some private characters in Windows by EUDCEDIT and I see different line spacing to regular characters.
Also - top part of character is cutted off.
Even top of private character is bit visible in higher font size.

Is possible to adjust line spacing to have characters in clean row and to see top of private character?
