Have you replaced the mouse with a different mouse and got same results?

In the device manager I have Two HID mouses and PS2 port mouse in the mouse section. And also I do not have ps2 port on my pc.

        I am using ZOTAC BI320

Does the Zotac  have in the bios the option "USB legacy support" if so you could try enabling it. You don't say if you are running the windows in a virtual machine or    booting from the hard drive as separate copies?

Please see my reply in your 2nd Topic...you need native DOS drivers to get that beast runnin...
There's a ton of them and you will be tasked with tryin them 1 by 1 to find what works with new hardware...

        Otherwise yer wastin yer time.
