The latest version of Creative Cloud apps do not support some older versions of Windows and Mac.

- you  do not have the new Windows?
How did that happen?
Did you not use the free upgrade that once was available from Microsoft?

The most practical solution is to just buy a new copy of Windows 10.
The pro 54 bit version can be purchased for about $10 id you look around.

I am sorry.  Typo. It is at $110 for legit vendors.

However, if you are sharp and can follow instructions yu can get it very cheep.
You buy just the license, but no media, no download link. You do it yourself.

I will not post the details here. Radically, it is only for the DIY people that build custom PCs for others. There is no support, you have to do everything. If you are building for others, it will be about $30 per user. ** Or maybe less. 

Otherwise, $110 is the low price with Microsoft support. 

** It is a OEM license. In some cases the key you get might not be legit. Ne very careful where yu buy a OEM license key. Be very careful. I have  got both legit an otherwise. I will stop here.
