GPU fans spinning but no ouput.
    « on: May 22, 2019, 08:19:22 PM »
Hello, built myself a new pc, and ran into some issues with my GPU - RTX 2060. The fans seem to spin on 100% (or atleast very fast), and it lights up, but it does not output anything to my monitor. I have tried both HDMI and DVI cable

I was able to boot using integrated graphics, and downloaded drivers from nvidias website for my RTX 2060, but it still wont output anything.

Any suggestions for solutions to this?

Is your monitor plugged in and/or turned on?
What type of monitor is it?
Is the monitor making any type of odd sound?
Maybe check the bios to see if possibly stuck on integrated graphics?

Also can you give some more details of the rest of the build or you could run speccy using the on board graphics and publish the results then copy the link to the report here. As the GPU is so new there may be problems with compatibility with other parts.

Also you do have the 8 pin power cable plugged in to the RTX 2060 ?
