motherboards and memory compatibility

Hello all

I’m trying to build two systems, one gaming and the other a workstation. In the case of lighting; I just want to know if Corsair Dominator platinum rgb and or Vengeance RGB is compatible with MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON and MSI x299 Raider / CREATION. And if any what would be a suitable replacement. Mind you, I choose these motherboards because of their features.

Both MBoards have whats called a QVL list...this is a list of lab tested RAM for each board...
I suggest highly choosing from that list for each.
