Windows setup keeps freezing within 2mins

The screen shot, the date must be wrong as it shows 20 march 2019. Wouldn't cause the install to stop. The cpu voltage could be higher but also won't stop windows installing. All the temps are amazingly good.

With your motherboard the cpu was supported from the first bios version F5
Is there anyway you can check the usb drive you are installing from

At this point I’ve move past the usb drive anyway to a dvd drive and I’m having the same issue

No, as in the .iso burned to a DVDR

Unbelievable fail on my part, all it needed was a BIOS update and everything works fine.

Interesting as you only need bios f5  to support your CPU. On new motherboards bios updating is so safe and easy especially when the board has dual bios it is worth doing. On your screen shot it doesn't show the bios version what was the board running originally.

It came with f8, updated to f9
