    Can you please recommend good data recovery software, some of the free ones are not great, i would like to pay for one to have it?,

    Is it a crashed hard drive or deleted data you need to undelete?

    And one thing that came to mind:

    just confirming that it's your windows 10 PC that you're trying to recover data from and not some smartphone or other computer.
