What is the Easy Way to take a screen shot?

To set up your screenshots to automatically save to OneDrive, right-click the OneDrive icon on the taskbar and select Settings.

I can not find it.

Got it. I logged in as another user and it became clear what was wrong.
I had not yet signed  into my cloud account. 
Once I had that fixed, things started to show up.

Now it works like is should.
