2 screen capture programs that I know of :

Sreen Cast O'Matic, free version limited to 15 mins per capture, you can upgrade for unlimited length

Capturewiz pro, there's a free trial with no feature restrictions for 30 days, but would be $39.95
to buy a key code that will allow unlimited usage past trial
I use the capturewiz pro program and it's good, but I've know somebody who uses the screen cast-o-matic program and that works fine for him as well.
