Curser runs away when typing

I am finding it nearly impossible to write an email, have tried many things but the problem is still there any suggestions appreciated, funny thing, it is behaving itself while I am typing this. Perhaps that is a clue to the cause I use Incredimail, is there a link?

Easy enough to find out - disable incredimail.
