Hey there
I want to record screen video when I'm on video chat with my followers on instagram or whatsapp but when I record it , the video doesn't have the voice and it's mute , Is there a way?
i have iphone 6s and a laptop with Windows 7
I have used "Apowersoft app but it just recorded one of our voices
solving this problem is really important to me
please help.

I deleted your duplicate post. One thread per question please.

In most of the US it is illegal to record both sides of the conversation without consent of the other party. Since there is no way for an app to know if you have received that consent, it will not record the incoming audio.

Hi, I have just tried this on my phone and I know it's not much help but confirm the audio will not record from WhatsApp. You will need a third party screen recorder on your laptop to achieve this.
