My company has been using monitoring software we installed years ago, and it's quite popular. Everything seemed fine until remote work began. Now our employees are working on their home computers, all of which have different versions of Windows, antivirus versions, etc. We found out that the software doesn't work properly, especially that a lot of bugs were found on computers where Windows 8 had already been updated automatically to Windows 10 back in the day (no idea why). Now we 're looking for an alternative, maybe a cloud version that is compatible with all systems.
