USB Driver Not Recognized

I have a FANTOM HD204UI USB Device that does not appear in Windows 7 Explorer or Disk Management. In Device Manager is an exclamation mark beside it. When Windows does a search online it returns that the driver did not install successfully. Also, under SMS Bus Controller an exclamation mark appears and it also returns that its driver did not install properly. Below that, under Universal Serial Bus controllers all drivers are installed and up to date.

Is this the same system to which you restored an image from a different computer?

Yes, this is the same system to which I restored an image from a different computer. The external USB storage drive and USB flash drives work fine on the first computer I imaged from. They worked on the second computer before I restored the system image to it from the first machine.

The image has the drivers from the PC the image was created...
You need to get the drivers for the imaged PC from the manuf. site and install them
Chipset drivers 1st...then reboot...then all others.
