    Minimize all programs at start up

    In switching monitors,  I am having problems as everything comes up too large and I can't easily access the minimize button.   Is this changeable?

    On the offending monitor rite clik a blank spot on the desktop and select personalise...or settings...then set it to the resolution settings from the monitor you like...
