I cannot install KB4565503. It downloads to 10% then installs to 100% then goes back to download. I've tried scannow, uninstalling all virus software and a reset. Trouble is, it won't update until this is installed. I'm on windows 10 version 2004 (OS build 19041.329). No one can figure this out. Any help out there?
