Do I need a unbunto distro installed

Hi Guys hope that you might help me here. I am trying out the various Linux distros as apposed to Windows. I picked up this one " Unbunto Game Pack 20.04 - UALINUX . Now here is the question " do I need a copy of unbunto 20.04  to be already installed on my rig, before I install this Game pack . I really do not know if the Unbunto Game Pack 20.04 - UALINUX, is already a system disc.  A little advice would be much appreciated.

It's the Ubuntu OS along with a bunch of utilities to specifically support game playing.

Thank you , Strollin for the quick reply.  Even at 76 I am still interested in other systems  besides the Windows ones. I can now regard this as solved. Cheers Mate.
