Internet Explorer additions to right click menu

For some reason there has been an addition to my right click menu. Whenever i right click in internet explorer, be it to save a pic or view source, there is a new slot in the menu ">>FREE PORN GALLERIES<<<" which is extremely annoying and unwanted. It acts as a link to some random porn site. is there any way to get rid of this please? If you can help i'd be extremely grateful!

I have a Rock Xtreme Laptop with 512mb RAM, 3.2Ghz Processor, Windows XP, ATI Radeon Mobility M10 9600 128mb Graphics Card.

Other Than The Graphics Card all components are desktop components making this just a portable desktop machine. Thats right - its not even a laptop

- I searched and could not find a solution to my problem.
- I have SpySweeper, SpyBot, AdAware and Panda Antivirus Titanium fully and regularly updated.
