My first choice for answers relating to Microsoft has always been Microsoft Community, at
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/. For a week or so however it's been unusable. I can type in my question, but the options at the end designed to pinpoint the area of my concern are mostly gone, and my question will not process. I'd like to ask Microsoft about this, but that does not seem possible. What can I do?
