Running Windows 7 Opera Browser

My desktop has my icons. But when I go to my Oprera Browser I only opens about 3/4 way. Doesn't open all the way to cover my icon desktop. I used the F11 button, that works to open all the way, but than I lose my tabs on top. The print, honey, and all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, hello god. 

Try hitting F11 one more time.  You might also find using the Maximize and Restore button, in the upper right corner of your browser, helpful.
