    How to change picture format
    « on: September 21, 2021, 01:52:14 AM »
I need to renew my Railcard and have filled in all the details but I need to attache a passport size photo.I scanned one using the scan option on Control Center 3 but when I tried to attache it it said it needs to be in either JPEG or PNG format my photo is in BMP format so how do I change it.The folder is located in the scan folder in my PC .My OS is Windows 10.Is it possible to change the format settings before I scan the photo.

When you open the file (picture) and click "save as", there should be options offered as to where to save and which format to use. If not, just Google "convert .bmp to .png) and you'll see myriad options to do so (free apps, do it online, etc.).
