I have three mouses, two wireless and one wired. The issue is odd. They can be working fine but over time, say a week or two, will degenerate. So I'll have to swap for the next one. Then the same thing will happen. Often a restart will help. Or if I get tired of the wireless ones I'll just give up and switch to wired. Well now none of them work properly even after a restart. The cursor moves either jaggedly or intermittently.
I use a Wacom tablet too, and that is absolutely fine and smooth.
Tried changing usb ports.
