Hello everyone,
I am going to need your help about a problem, I recently made from scratch a new pc for a friend of mine but it random restarts when he plays games, especially GTA 5 RP.
I have to ask him if his pc restarted outside of games also.
Things I tried:
Stress tested CPU with "cinebench" to check if the restarts happen from the increased temperature. The temperature went at max 92C but no restart happened. The average CPU temp is around 60-70 measured with MSI Afterburner.
Stress tested GPU with "heaven" and the temperature went at max 63C but still no restart happened.
Downloaded all required drivers.
Updated Windows (Not to Win 11 though)
Disabled the reset switch.
Bios Update (build date 07/26/2022)
Removed 1 RAM Slot (this happened today so I am still waiting for his response)
Unfortunately I don't have any spare parts to test.
Do you have any ideas why this is happening?
