Is there some obscure engine out there that actually observes user's search limits?
I tried Google, Bing, and Yahoo! and they all list, at the top, items that include my "none of these words" word. Sometimes it appears in the title of the link. When I search, I want to occasionally see, "nothing matches your search". That NEVER happens with Google. I always get a long list of garbage that I haven't the slightest interest in.
Seriously, is there something out there like HotBot was in the 90's?
Note: Accuracy is actually more important to me than privacy. Many alternative engines tout privacy as their strength. Just give me one that precisely searches my terms.
