I lost my Facebook acciunt,

Hello again folks, I really need some help. Recently I lost my Facebook account because I had some problem with the sign-in procedure. I am not really sure what happened. But a close friend warned me that someone was using my Facebook page asked the means of advertising to my friends and associates. It looks like there's nothing I can do about it because I no longer have control of my Facebook sign in.
So now can someone please tell me how I contact Facebook and ask them to cancel my account. I do not want other people using my pictures and my contacts to serve their commercial interests .

Facebook makes it much too hard for me to report the issue.
I will just stop and forget about Facebook. It is not important to me.  The bad part the guy who did it is making me look like a crook. Maybe that have stopped him.

Lesson: Be very careful about two-step verification. If yo lose your phone you might also lose your web page(s) linked to your mobile phone.  :'(
