When I used to right click on the top of the DOS console, it would give me a list of options, including properties which allowed the user to adjust the font, set the background and foreground colors, etc.  I was forced to reset Windows (OS version 10) which I did from the computer (not the cloud), and when I did the DOS command line was nothing I was familiar with as far as looks go.  I can't figure it out.  What happened?  Also, now I have balloons on the top and bottom of my prompts.  Can I get rid of that?
