Manual needed

I picked up an ACER Aspire 7250-3821.  I had the laptop cleaned and loaded with WIN 10  My problem is my old computer brain is not  helpful    I have been online searching for a manual without success.   I need to know what all features are and how to install programs.    Is there anywhere that can furnish manuals for old computers?   Acer was not helpful as it keeps taking me back to a login page.

As for installing programs, the same way as any other computer.

Hi Janis,

If you had Windows 10 loaded on that Acer laptop then it will not be working properly. There was no driver support for that laptop running windows 10.
Some things you may find which don't work.

Wireless speed and reliability very poor
No way to turn off the touch pad when using a mouse
No touch pad gestures
Limited screen resolutions
No battery time and capacity
And very slow operation   
It is really best to use the version of windows supplied with the Laptop or google before loading whether a later version is supported.
