cannot get internet

Everytime I try to download at&t internet on my computer, it says "set up failed to copy .csm file"  Please help me get the internet!! Thanks!

My apologies for that uncouth ruffian that is the alias "Raptor". Can you try and use another "provider" to get online - get an AOL CD or some other company to get you online. This will then tell you if it is an AT&T software problem, or a problem with other software on your PC. I would suggest you call AT&T if you need to use their service.

I did contact At&t many times, and they did send me a new disk.... but unfortunatley that didint help... it has something the do with this ".csm file"??  I dont know but thats for the help...
