HOW TO PROTECT BATCH FILES

I WROTE A BATCH FILE FOR BACKUP.I WANT TO PROTECT THIS FROM OTHERS TO EDIT AND OPEN THIS.HOW CAN I DO WITH OUT USING ANY THIRD PARY TOOLS. I AM USING WIN98 SECOND EDITION OS

if I am using a third party software or tool to protect my batch file from editing could you please sugust a good tool which I can download from the internet ..

I sometimes get this message on certain sites:

The Jetairways.com website is a bit pap, it doesn't respond properly when you disallow it's cookie. See if you need to allow Cookies in Internet Explorer settings.
