Internet Explorer will NOT start.

 :-/ Can anyone help?

IE6 one day decided to come up with an error report everytime I try to start it up.

I have re-installed it to no avail
I have re-installed Windows NT w/sp6 still not worked
I re-installed IE6 afterwards, no affect
I searched and found reference to renaming the Comcat.dll file before re-installing. Did that and still IE woudl not start up.

I have runo ut of ideas, has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it.

Regards

Dave

Tried that, did'nt exactly understand how it was suppose dto fix it but I'm still in the same possition, it did'nt work :(

I'm currently using Netscape so I dont need to download any other browsers, I am used to and prefer IE that is why I want to fix the problem, not just hide it.

Any other suggestions please?
