turbo tax file
« on: March 18, 2006, 02:05:05 PM »
I accidently deleted a file ( my tax return ) when I was prompted to save or not save.  Is there a way of recovering that file?? I have no idea what file extension was used or what format turbo tax uses...

thanks for your help in advance

Can you look in the recycle bin for it? The data file ends in .tax

With the frequent reminders to save, you should have a copy somewhere, although it may not be complete.

Lesson learned, huh?
