Hey, i play counter-strike 1.6. i was wondering how i could get my ping down. i exit outta all tha running programs and have spyware and virus protectors and do disable them when i play. I have dsl, so my speed is fine. i have enough ram, like 500 and something. ive done windows updates. my video card is called nvidia riva tnt2 model 64/model 65 pro (ms corp). i was wondering if tha sound card could be tha reason my ping is high. the graphics for cs 1.6 are not that good so it doesnt need like a high dollar video card. can anyone think of anything i could do to lower my ping?
