BF series you can play Co op over lan with others, there's a mod for FEAR that is in the works for co op, the same with Doom 3, but the Doom 3 one is actually done and not in beta. The upcoming game STALKER will feauture this I think, and it will be a free roaming game too, which would be great for co op.
