Internet Explorer and Yahoo Games

I'm trying to solve a problem for a friend running Windows Xp Pro and IE ver 6. Its seems IE will freeze whenever he exits a game lounge. He will log into Yahoo games and then pick a card game like pinochle. This brings up a screen where you choose a lounge to enter. He can enter a lounge and play the game, but when he exits the lounge IE locks up. We have ran all the spyware programs, anti-virus programs, tried all the fixes recommended by Yahoo and Java (Sun) but the problem still exits.

You could use an alternative browser such as Mozilla Firefox

Will not exactly solve your Internet Explorer problem, but will make you experience the Internet a tad better.
