"TCP/IP Network Transport not installed"
« on: April 22, 2006, 04:38:14 PM »
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I get this message whenever i restart my pc. I also can not access any internet. I have Win Xp, and i was doing some cleaning, after i was finished i get this message. Is there any way for xp to reinstall  all original programs? Is that even what i need to do? Thanks for your time  :)

"I was doing some cleaning."  Uh-oh.  What else might you have deleted whilst you were at it?  Reinstalling TCP/IP may help, but the first thing to do would be to restore your computer to a point before you started "cleaning".

I've never had cause to play with (or learn) the system restore function, but no doubt someone else here will be able to help you with this if you're stuck.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
