I contacted support some time ago (took me a while to get back to this post)
It was because of my eithernet device. It was waking my computer up to refreash the network. You dissable this in the system profile under power management.

go to your CMOS, turn off (disable) something like "wake up on LAN" ... hope it will solve your prob.
