i've just downloaded a game which is a identical copy and does not require a crack
how ever I have ------iso buster--- and do not know how to use this and get the game to work
there is a--Bin image-299.173KB
    Cue File for image-1KB
     MSInfo Document-1KB
can you tell me how to get it to work???

If it's a violation of the copyright there are consequences. What happened to Napster? What happened to those folks who got sued big money for P2P activity? They were doing it freely, too. Nonetheless it is against the law unless the EULA (end user license agreement) says differently.

I may not agree with all of this, but the law is the law. If I stole your car and gave it to someone, is it OK because they got it for free?

Think this through. Please try to realize that whatever you may happen to believe does not overrule the law in any country.

Do you work for free? Do you think programmers should do so? Or the companies that hire them and pay their salaries? If you P2P a program do you send them some cash for their work as you are using it as well as the original purchaser? Of course not.

My recomendation to you is to stop what you are doing and delete the iso from your HDD and destroy all copys of the disk and wipe the program from your computer. Dont you have any common sence? Wow hasnt this gone off topic a bit, he wanted to know how to extract  or something to get a game to work, i have a look and your all talking bout laws etc.  

Ive done a lot of criminal law and data protection blah blah, most boring topic to study and basically if the crack isn't from the provider then it is not genuine and it is an offence to use.  As the mod said they make the game, you buy it as a reward to them, there wages WILL be cut if the game doesn't sell

I submit that you need to analyse your beliefs a little more carefully.  They are self-contradictory.  On this planet, we have limited resources.  We do not have infinite supplies of land, property, food, petrol, anything.  Those resources must be shared.  The way most cultures do this is through the concepts of economy and ownership, labour and reward.  To regulate all of this we have government and law.  If you do not like this, you can either rebel and risk the consequences, or leave the jurisdiction.  But I would suggest it's a little unlikely that you will find another jurisdiction that offers you the legal opportunity to take whatever you want, without consequences.

Yes, the concept of intellectual property is a little abstract, but as others have said, it is closely related to the ideas of labour and reward; investment and income.  Mess with that and you are supporting anarchy.  If that's the way you want to live your life, you should do so with your eyes open.  I concede that some form of good may occasionally come of anarchy (when a tyranical ruler is overthrown, for example), but I do not think that you can claim such selfless motives.

Finally, a plea: if you wish to communicate, it does help your readers if you can do so by following a few conventions.  Such as grammar.  Thank you.

Even if we did condone the ILLEGAL use of warez, that little comment would make us not want to help you anyway.

What you fail to grasp is the fact that if we helped you, we'd be breaking the laws. We won't do that. And to answer that hypothetical, if I found money on the road, like a lot, and there was no way to tell whose it was, I'd drop it off at a local charity. If it was just a dollar or something, then yeah, I might just go buy a soda. Taking a dollar off the street isn't going to mean much to anyone.
