i just reformatted and the video card i was using is not working at all the monitor detects it but nothign displays, i tried using another card (radeon 9200) the other one is a geforce fx 5500. the radeon works however when i go to change settings, windows automatically restarts and none of the settings are saved. i think there may be a hardware problem with the fx 5500 but i dont know why there would be one. and i just have no clue for the radeon, i have amd 64 3400+ anda gig of ram.
