When I try to play a dvd movie on my dvd drive the drive cannot find the disc. It keeps showing the message (insert disc in drive) Can someone help with this problem. P.S. I can play the dvd in my dvd that is connected to my tv.

have you got a cd cleaner? or try to turn the disk a quarter of an inch in the drive ...sounds crazy but it works?and is this burnt copy?and what region is it?you have a limited use?

I don't know what region it is and I don't know where to find it. I can play vcd's but not any dvd's from the library or some that I just bought.
