    Where can i find clear definiton about "open directory"?

    I've read DMOZ org, which is a open directory, A massive directory continually expanded by volunteers.

    Does Yahoo offeres open directory? Where to find it?

      The Open Directory Project (ODP), also known as DMoz (from Directory.Mozilla.org, the original domain name), is a multilingual open content directory of World Wide Web links owned by Netscape that is constructed and maintained by a community of volunteer editors.
